What can seem to be the most mundane of items is actually the most important and in many instances, the most technologically advanced. BALL adhesives are manufactured by F. Ball & Co Ltd in Leek, Staffordshire and are by far and away the most popular adhesives in the U.K. Such is their status that if you do not carry Ball adhesives in stock then you are not generally regarded as a respectable contract flooring distributor. Ball’s yellow drums of adhesive are instantly recognisable by all floor layers. There is a specialist adhesive available for each and every type of floorcovering on the market. With over forty different adhesives and primers to choose from and unparalleled technical back up, you can not go wrong by choosing their products. Ball’s also supply a wide rang of adhesive tapes, tools and moisture testing equipment. At both depots we carry virtually the whole of Ball’s range, with the exception of some of their more specialised adhesives. Container sizes vary from 1litre all the way up to 25 litre, dependant upon product selected.

Recently acquired by the huge Bostik corporation, many Laybond products are still made in Saltney, only minutes away from our Chester branch. Laybond are very well known for their Gripfill range of mastic tube adhesives and more recently for the simple but clever Freelance spray system.

Better known for their floor preparation & smoothing products, Ardex entered the adhesive market in 2004. They now produce eight adhesives to cover most installation needs. Their AF890 carpet tile tackifier is very user friendly.
